SHIPPING POLICY

If you attend Charlottetown Rural High School or live in Charlottetown, we will deliver your product directly to you within a week of your purchase.
ELSEWHERE ON PEI
If you are a PEI resident who does not live in Charlottetown, your product will be available for you to pick up in Charlottetown within a week of your purchase. Details will be sent by email following the completion of your order.
REST OF CANADA
Products will be shipped via standard post within a week of your order.
CUSTOM CREATIONS
Do you have the PERFECT picture that you'd love to see adorning your laptop? Well, you're in luck! Dechameleon will make-to-order any image not found in our catalogue if and only if:
1) The image is your original artwork/photography, or you can provide consent from the image's owner.
2) The image does not contain anything pornographic, vulgar, or otherwise inappropriate.
3) The image does not contain any copyrighted material.
High resolution landscape-oriented images of standard dimensions are recommended for best results.

As our decals are made-to-order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on any of our products. We apologize for this inconvenience.
FEES
For online orders, there is a handling fee of $1.00 per decal. There is an additional $4.00 shipping fee per order for decals to be sent outside of Prince Edward Island.
